Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Amritsari Lazeez, we strive to provide the best food and customer experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Please review our policy below:


Order Cancellation

  • Before Preparation Begins:
    Orders can be canceled within 3 minutes of placement, provided preparation has not started. To cancel, please call us immediately at 9878127271.

  • After Preparation Begins:
    Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not possible. We prepare each item fresh, and hence, cannot reuse or resell prepared dishes.


Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds:
    Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

    • You were charged but did not receive your order.

    • You received a wrong order or items were missing.

    • There was a quality or hygiene issue with the food.

  • Refund Process:
    To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order by:

  • Inspection & Approval:
    Our team may review your complaint, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Third-Party Orders

If you ordered via Swiggy, Zomato, or any third-party platform, please refer to their cancellation and refund policies. We are unable to process refunds directly for such orders.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders canceled after food preparation.

  • Orders not collected or delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Minor delays caused by traffic, weather, or delivery partner availability.
